Water is one of the necessity of life ,70 % of the earth is covered with water and human body consists of 60 % water too .It is a macro nutrient, daily water intake should be around 2 Liter . But those people who do a lot of exercise may require more than this . Race ,culture and gender main also cause difference in it's amount . Well, water is an extremely important part of our diet .
