Good Calories vs Bad Calories

So you have just started your dieting , now you are counting calories in every food you are eating  Lemme tell you that counting calories  is just the beginning in following a diet plan . As far as I have explained that calorie is measure of energy , that your body is obtaining from food . So are all the calories same ?  The answer is "no" .

All calories are not equal , because each type of food has its own effect on our body.When you eat the proper amount of calories according to your diet plan , you lose weight.But if you eat the right amount of bad calories then losing weight would be a lot more difficult. 200 calories from a fruit are better than 200 calories from a chocolate cake. Having good  calories vs bad calories is just as important as how many calories you obtain.

Let me give you the differences between good and bad calories

                Bad Calories
Good calories provide protein , fats and carbohydrates from fresh foods such as fruits and vegetables

Bad Calories do not provide body with nutrients.For example calories from sugars , artificial sweeteners or processed foods

Good calorie foods keep you filled for a longer amount of time

Bad Calorie foods make you feel hungry after a short time
Eating vegetables and getting around 300 calories will keep you filled for a longer time
Eating fried chips and getting around 300 calories ,you will feel hungry after a short amount of time

More food and less calories are obtained 
in case of good calories

Less food and more calories are obtained in case of bad calories

And just because you are getting good calories does not give you the freedom to eat as much as you want . Those calories still count . But as compared to bad calories , they would help you in losing weight comparatively easily.
